Great location (right in the heart of Chinatown and Little Italy!), amazing staff (provided helpful directions and recommendations and fun stories), free coffee and fresh croissants in mornings. We had two rooms one upstairs and one downstairs. We loved the little sitting area outside of the first floor room. Just enough room to sit and enjoy the sounds of the city. Subway access and walking to other spots around town was easy and there was a lot to see and do in the area.

Location was great, safe area, craziness nearby if you want, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice and big, enough space for 3. We were on the second floor so we used the stairs more than the elevators, but there were two available. Gym was next to use, ice maker was on 4th floor though. Trains and buses were very close, Penn station is nearby if you want to use Uber Shuttle.
