"Staff are hard-working and kind. Rooms are clean and smell fresh. Things they cannot control… the grounds look abandoned- dead grass, dead/overgrown trees. The old stairwells smell musty and hallways smell better where they work hard to clean it. The rooms were fresh and clean. The breakfast was tasty and quick. I would stay again. My daughter will be at GVSU for 2 more yrs… its a reasonable price and a clean place to put your head with good people! Not to mention, we don’t have to drive home."

"The property is very quite and well taken care of. Some of our group enjoyed taking in the large hot tub. The home is very large and has a kitchen upstairs and one downstairs. The deck is nice with composite flooringing. There is a large patio under which is where the hot tub is. We made use of the nice gas fireplace in the livingroom. We were only there for two nights and spent the day out taking in winerys in the area. We all enjoy the home and it size was perfect for our group. We had a great...

"Sisters & nieces get together for games; crafting; laughing. We enjoyed the space, especially the sofas in the grain silo and the hot tub. The bunk room worked out great also! Beds were comfortable and the property manager was attentive. We would stay again."
