"I would like to hugely thank John the wonderful chauffeur, and the lovely Anita for their above and beyond service to myself and my twin boys. They made the experience so seamless and explained hotel facililites with such an openness that my children boasted about how nice they both are, and asked if we can go back again. The rooms were spacious and clean, and as the boys and i suffer from asthma this is a huge point for us. Couldnt fault the Quality of the Quality Inn MEL, the accommodation lives up to the name. "This was a trip down memory lane for me, having grown up in the area 50 years ago. What a fabulous precinct Pentridge has become and the hotel was great. Shout out to Maddy on the front desk. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bar is a hidden gem, pool and gym were small but excellent, very clean and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, had all the basics and more and a delightful balcony. All our requests and questions were dealt with in a timely fashion, thanks to efficient house keeping staff. I would highly this property and would definitely stay again. "
