"The air filters for the air cons were extremely filthy preventing the air cons from working. We had to clean them ourselves. There were several huntsmen spiders we had to kill. One of the aircons in the house didn’t turn on at all. Communication with property manager was slow and not helpful. Some random friends of the owner came onto the property thinking it was vacant. The floors needed more thorough cleaning. The outside of the property needed to be cleaned of leaves, wasp nests and abundance...
