"We had a wonderful stay at the Rectory Farm for the Christmas Holidays. We stayed in the two bedroom loft which was perfect for our family. We saw some fantastic wildlife including a badger, ducks, birds and loved the rolling green English countryside."

"Lovely house in close proximity to Donington Race Track Co-op near by, easy to grab a taxi or bus Nice and clean, cosy and spacious. Quiet neighbourhood Parking is a bit tricky, off street parking is available first come first serve. "

"The house was just perfect for what we were after. A reunion of friends, where we could just catch up, chill, eat food, drink wine, go for a walk... The house ticked all our boxes. Communication was great. No issues."

"Really beautiful house, and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay - all the little things had been thought about. The renovation of the barn has been done very sympathetically keeping many of the original features on the old building. Great hosts, on hand for anything you need. Would recommend. "

"Six of us stayed in this property in December 2023, and although there was plenty of space, the condition of the property was not as described or advertised. Firstly, unlike the 2/3 bathrooms as advertised on Expedia, the property only has one shower and one toilet. The toilet is in a cupboard-sized 'room', directly in front of a door with a window. And so privacy is a big issue here! The shower was clearly leaking, and has/is currently leaking into the games room below - staining and rotting...

"14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up."

"The carpet was loose on the stairs and this was very dangerous, I tripped every single time going up the stairs. The toilet brush was absolutely covered in faeces. The bathroom door lock was broken. The bedroom handle was broken. The garden needs some serious love it’s covered in weeds. Parking is a nightmare. I was also asked to pay a 35 pound non refundable fee after booking which I was not told about… felt a bit like theft. Wouldn’t stay again."
