"Really nice place to stay, rooms are really nice with everything you could need. No A/C but it is winter and that doesn't worry me. Its an old building so assume it will be cool in the summer. The breakfast was top notch, a little wait but that's because its all cooked fresh which is fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. "We had a lovely stay with friends and went to Newbury Races which was a couple of stops on the train which is a 5/10 minute walk from the cottage The cottage was very nice 2bedrooms the smaller on is a bit small but fine for a few nights The kitchen is well equipped in fact the only down side was the shower which was very low pressure and the temperature kept changing so you had to jump in and out otherwise it was wonderful and we would use it again if staying in the area "
