I wasn't sure if firewood was provided for the firepit but there was a huge stack of wood to use and the firepit was a highlight. My husband cooked steaks on the grill and that was also a big hit. The kitchen is very tiny, as other reviewers have said, but I'd rather have the space in the seating area—the kitchen table comfortably seats 10 and could do 12. "The owners provide everything one could possibly need: well-stocked kitchen, good linens, comfy beds and furniture, large dining table, and a beautiful beach. Edisto is great with zero crowds and just enough to do if you’re looking for a relaxing and very low-key few days away. We hope to return next December for our 50th. "
