"Pros: The place was nice in a peaceful setting. Owners response was quick.. to water pressure issue, he had it serviced in a timely manner. He was very friendly. The game room area was great for entertaining the family. They had wood there for fire pit. *NO rotten egg smell and NO stink bugs * Cons: If you want a place near the hustle and bustle this is not it. It is a little drive (15-20 minutes)to Raystown lake and stores . The picnic table and deck could use a little TLC. If you're looking...
