"This was a nice little get away. Great communication with owner. We did notice there was a lot of dirty dishes and the shower nob was broken. Also the other shower by the bathroom drained very slow. "

"It was good. The trouble was I have apple products and I couldn’t get the information to confirm or see the instructions. There was problems with not having hot water in the master bathroom. We got it fixed so only 2 of us had cold showers. The other problem was ants in the kitchen. You should of had a note to not leave any food out in the counter."

"My family really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was located at a very nice middle point between Huntington Beach, and Balboa. Contact with the host agency was really good. We also appreciated the beach accessories that were on site and the garage access. The only hang up was a check in 90 minutes past the check in time with some sleepy kiddos. Overall great experience. "The property was so great in so many ways and not so great in so many other ways. The great part was the location. One House from the beach. You could hear the waves. It was a quiet area. The house itself needs attention. The carpets are disgusting. I would not go there with a toddler. Bring shoes so you can wear inside otherwise your socks and feet will get dirty. Other minor things wrong. For example, were only four forks. We met the owner and he said he would look at the list of things that...
