"This property was very good for us. It was one of the few houses that allowed up to three dogs. The fenced yard was great and the dogs loved exploring the spacious property. My only recommendation would be to get some new towels, both bath and kitchen had stains. The kitchen came with two thin, stained and ripped towels and both bathrooms had make-up stains and a few frayed edges. Overall, I would stay again and recommend it to friends and family."

"Owners obviously deeply care for their property, it’s apparent in all the details of the home. It’s so well stocked that anything you think you may have forgotten - the house probably has it!! The view is spectacular, we enjoyed many nights on the deck. The rooms are very comfortable, so nice to have so many king beds. The downstairs kid “den” was amazing, the kids did not want to leave it!! The dock access is the only thing to consider if you have anyone who is physically challenged. Although a...

"We had a rocky start with no a/c for a couple of days, but Oscar made that right, and we just made sure we had very full days in Yosemite. The Sierra National Forest also had a lot to offer and the cabin provided a good jumping off point for each day of our visit."

"We feel so fortunate and blessed to have celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday in such a beautiful lake house at Bass Lake. The large kitchen, spacious house and patio allowed for great times shared together. The morning coffee by the patio fireplace and close proximity to Yosemite National Park made our stay very memorable! Thanks to the owner for making it such an easy process and an enjoyable stay! We had a wonderful time and would love to return someday."

"Took about 14 hours to cool the place off. It would have been nice to have an AC unit in the 2nd bedroom because it stayed warm the whole time. The wall AC in the living/kitchen area was definitely a plus. All in all the place was great for my daughter and I for a couple of days off."

"The house was clean and relatively well stocked. Our group of 9 had everything that we needed. The property felt nice and private with no neighbors in view. The trail down to the river was steep but short, and the spot at the river is absolutely gorgeous. Some additional instructions for some things - like how to turn on the hot tub and the outside string lights would have been helpful and saved us some time. Other than that it was a great place to stay."

"The house is situated just a short walk form a dock in a friendly neighborhood. The dock was perfect for our family’s bc friends to enjoy the lake. The house has lots of space for sleeping and lounging (plus separate areas for kiddos). We also really enjoyed the fire pits and large deck for our dinners."
