"This is a nice hotel in a great part of Reykjavik. The breakfast was excellent and I liked that they give you the option of whether you want housekeeping or not beforehand. The bed was way too soft and there was no noise protection at all. Every person walking by on the street outside was easily audible through the window :( but the room was clean and the staff were pleasant. It's a bit of a walk in the wintertime from the nearest bus stop but if you have a car it would be easy to get to."

"Our stay got off to a rocky start. We received check in information before arrival, however the location of the apartment was not very clear. The address given was not found in Maps and the addresses on the building were a little unclear. After calling the desk and walking around, we found the apartment after about 20 minutes. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was too warm when we arrived, but we were able to figure out how to turn down the heat. The room was cleaned each day and supplies restocked as needed. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend!"

"The location of this hotel could not be better, as it is right in the center of the downtown area. There were restaurants and shops just steps away, and you can walk to almost all of the major attractions. The concierge was consistently helpful in making suggestions and arranging bookings. Highly recommend!"
