"The grounds and main building are lovely but it’s worth noting that the accommodation bought on Expedia was not in the main building but a modern building on the same site. After initial teething problems with the room we enjoyed our overnight stay. The weather was beautiful enabling use of the outdoor pool which was a very relaxing area compared to the busy indoor spa facilities. The restaurant was fabulous for dinner and breakfast."

" We stayed in the wagon for two nights which was absolutely fantastic. It was in a beautiful, peaceful, natural, romantic setting. A real treat, it was cosy, warm, understated luxury. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the service 10/10. We walk to the village pub and had a wonderful lunch. The house was quiet and relaxing with drinks and nibbles served all day and night. Overall it was an expensive weekend but worth every penny. Can’t wait to visit The Pig again. "
