"Friendly service, couch bed was broken in my room, and ceiling vents could use a good wipe down. I liked the fact that my room was like a small apartment. Full kitchen off set living room and bedroom section. Just have to bring your own kitchen essentials. Other than that I will be returning! "
"We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. "

"The house is 100 percent updated in a clean and comfortable style. It was perfectly appointed for adults and children to have what we needed including a few games and a book basket. There is a cool living history museum and nature preserve with beautiful walking trails and a Saturday farmer's market very nearby. We also really enjoyed the People's Community Church a block away for Sunday service. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. And a deer was bedded down in the neighbor's yard both mornings as an extra touch of natural beauty."
"The room was nice but the housekeeper hadn’t done a great job. She left a wash cloth from another guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. I will admit it could have been hard to see, but it was there. Also, and I know this is something most people wouldn’t even consider, but the flags are hung incorrectly. The state flag is hanging on the tallest pole and the US flag is flying below that, which is improper. I was going to bring this to the attention of the morning clerk, but no one was at the counter."
