"The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. It also gives very limited information on the actual hotel you are staying in. The room needed a deep clean. It looked ok on the surface, unless you looked closely. "The staff is always helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Hotel was very clean and always has a great breakfast menu. The only challenge we had during this stay was the room that connects to my room; the guest were smoking marijuana. I had to put a towel under my door to keep the smell from coming into my room. I was not pleased with that at all. "
