Need to speak a guest who helped to do stuff online check in. had 2 rooms, none have toilet, dirty, next to main road, too noisy, could not sleep, no cooling arrangement, too hot. Next morning met staff, very unfriendly, for example a big black dog freely came into restaurant while have breakfast, asked owner to lead and he said "it is his dog and it is his property so he would not".
