"The house itself is beautiful but all around it is extremely badly taking care of. The yard is a mess, the grass high, and just next to some run down green houses. "A great little property tucked away in a quiet street close to the train station. Car parking was not a problem, even though it was not at the hotel itself. Lots of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Rooms very small, but clean and well equipped."

"We’ve just spent two wonderful nights, here, and everything has been perfect. The hotel is miles from anywhere so you either need a car or use the hotel shuttle bus to ferry you to and from the nearest station. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The highlight was the traditional Japanese meals served in a private dining area. Every course (they kept on coming) is a wonderful new ‘taste surprise’. We also hired the private Onsen, for an hour; another new experience. If you like being well looked after and being away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, this is for you!"

"It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. There was no padding on the springs. I could feel the springs. No official wifi in the hotel, but manager allowed me to access the office wifi. I would not recommend this hotel. There must be better hotels for the price."
