"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping."

I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. Great hotel , for a Universal visit and Osaka

"Amazing hotel , best of our two week stay in Japan . The staff were lovely and very helpful in all aspects , from Check in , Concierge, and Cleaning staff . The hotel is super convenient for a Universal visit and much nicer being away from the maddening crowd of Universal City walk hotels . We got a great room facing the Bridge and Ferris wheel light display , with a great ledge to watch it from every night ! Thank you for a great stay for our family , with adjacent rooms , both upgraded , amazing 😻. 7-11 store next door and station straight across the road , one stop to Universal City . We did not get time to visit the Public baths or Rooftop lounge , they looked great ."
