"There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. "I had to leave at 5.30 am in the morning, and therefore I would have missed out on breakfast. Without me having any expectations I was brought a packed lunch to my room the night before my leave.I really appreciated this kindness very much. Also, O received a’Bodensee West ‘ travel card that entitled me to free bus and train travel within the allocated area within the time if my stay at the hotel. It was a great offer! I want to thank the hotel for their excellent service! "
