This newly renovated 3 bedroom Riverfront villa, located on Queen Lane is a popular family holiday destination. 'The Point' is situated close to the fisherman co-op, Sedgers Reef Hotel and the heart of town. This villa comes fully furnished with 3 bedrooms downstairs, a bathroom, ensuite and laundry. Open plan living upstairs, taking in the views of the river and the generous outside veranda is a great place to enjoy your BBQ and sunset meals. The lane entrance has a double brick garage with remote control garage doors. There is space for 2 cars in front of garage. The entrance gate opens into a lovely private grassed courtyard and path leading up to the front door.
