"This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. "

"Best views, easy convenient parking, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach gear, beach towels, easy short walk to the bay to rent kayaks etc…, beach boardwalk is so close and fun to walk or bike around. Lots of restaurants and coffee places within one block or just down stairs. Trader Joe’s less than 2 miles away or Ralphs even closer. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony each morning and wine during sunset each night. 3 nights was not enough we’ll be back. Stayed here with our two...

"We loved our stay here. The check-in process was smooth (which was helpful since we arrived late at night). Property was exactly as described, and there were many helpful notes around the house. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The garage is small and requires some practice backing in, but this was clear in the listing. Lots of beach equipment, which we put to good use. "

"The view was amazing! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The outside of the building and the stairs were dirty. There were some areas in the kitchen that were dirty and there was cobwebs. Also, the bar stools need to be fixed or replaced as they are a bit wobbly. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"Mostly a good experience. The unit itself is 3rd floor and great ocean views. No air, but even with high 70's it was "cool enough" (I do prefer cool)-- frankly, it made me keep sliding doors open 24/7 to the sweet sounds of the ocean. The 2nd BR faces the hallway and for privacy/safety sake, you can't open windows or curtains as everyone can look in from the open hallway. That was one less desirable aspect. The hallways look like a 2-star property or worse. THAT SAID, don't let this bother...
