"Fantastic hotel experience. Many wonderful touches and gestures that made a memorable traditional feeling stay. Rooms and bathrooms exceptional. Service a little out of touch with international high end hotel norms and protocols, but overall highly recommended. "
"It was a fun trip with my family. It was very close to the subway station and the sauna facility was the best. The breakfast was great too, so I recommend it to others."

"The hotel provided a great room albeit it was very small. I think that the room did not need the massage chair because it was already taking up space. Nevertheless, it was close to the subway and train station which made it easier to get to different parts of Tokyo. The food was not too bad because it was a buffet and you can eat enough to prepare for your excursion. Just make sure that you prebook it. If I were to come back to Tokyo, I would be happy to stay there again. "
"The staff were amazing and very accomadating. Very convinient to tokyo station and nearby restaurants and additional transportation if needed. Beds and room itself were comfortable. Planning a visit sometime in May and will be staying here again."
"The property was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy Tōkyō. This hotel is close to many subway lines, shopping and delicious food. "
"The property is within 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station and is in very nice and safe location. There are several restaurants and convenience stores (7-11 stores) in the vicinity so are a couple of metro stops.
The staff is very polite, the breakfast spread was nice."
"It was very convenient adjacent to the imperial palace not too far from gion. The staff was lovely and the rooms were large they’re also several restaurants to choose from. I would put it on a par with four seasons"
"First time in Japan and this hotel is beautiful. We stayed in the bathroom view queen room and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Staff was very accommodating and friendly"
