➕ Nähe zur Skipiste, gutes Essen, schöner Wellnessbereich mit Panorama Ausblick, Zimmer etwas veraltet aber schön eingerichtet ➖ Kleinigkeiten fehlen z.B. keine Bademäntel + Schlappen (müssen entweder selbst mitgebracht werden oder für 2€ pro Tag gemietet werden), Einrichtung (v.a. Zimmer und Wellnessbereich) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Service und Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein, keinerlei Entgegenkommen in Bezug auf die Wünsche des Gasts, als „Nicht-Stammgast“ wird man behandelt wie ein Gast „zweiter Klasse“, Check out bereits um 10 Uhr, Frühstücksbüffet für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr enttäuschend

Vi havde 3 overnatninger med halvpension. Dejlig 4 retters menu om aftenen. Morgenmaden var ikke på samme niveau. Vi havde super flot udsigt fra dejlig altan. Fint værelse, som godt kunne have brugt en god gang rengøring. Badeværelset var pænt og rent. Et dejligt ophold, som godt kan anbefales.

Der Chef ist nur bedingt freundlich, wirkt etwas herabsetzend auf keine Stammgäste, Stammgäste werden jedoch sehr Gut behandelt. Seine Frau hingegen ist sehr freundlich und bemüht allen Gästen gegenüber. Das Servicepersonal könnte freundlicher sein. Die Bilder täuschen sehr, da hauptsächlich Bilder von Lobby und Essensbereich eingestellt wurden und dies alles sehr neu und hochwertig renoviert ist, die Gästezimmer jedoch veraltet

Not according to our expectations.
The reception area, restaurant and wellness spa were very nice. Unfortunately the room was sloppy and both of us got allergic reactions during the night, probably due to the carpet. And there was no balcony, even though it was specified in the confirmation.
