Umständlich aber ok
"Leider hat der Check in Computer nicht funktioniert. Daher mussten wir uns durch eine Hotline kämpfen, bis wir den Code für unser Zimmer bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war ok, leider doch es im Bad nach altem Rauch. Direkt nach unserer Abfahrt kam dann eine Mail mit einer Rechnung, die wir innerhalb ..."

"Everything was great. The only thing that inconvenienced us was upon our arrival, and it‘s finding the parking. There are enough instructions in the hotel, but arriving and finding that the immediate vicinity to park was full kind of made it difficult for us to unload our stuff near the main entrance. ..."
