"Although the bed was broken when we arrived, and the suite itself looked a lot less dazzling in person, the staff is what made our experience extremely satisfying. When we notified them of the issue with our bed and that we didn't mind staying in there since we didn't have time to switch rooms, they took note and were very kind and accommodating. Thank you for making our short trip quick and easy! Hopefully, the bed will be fixed for the next guest. "

"Hotel was nice. Only two elevators for very large hotel and they didn't seem to stop at floors going down. We, and others, waited 20 or more minutes for an elevator going down. Parking was also an issue. Gate to enter and leave. Machine to swipe card wasn't working and got stuck trying to leave. Breakfast included was nice. Bonus that front desk staff spoke English!"
