"This resort has it all! The 2 bedroom units have ample space for a large family and the kitchen is very well stocked. Having laundry in the unit is such a game changer. The staff is so kind and friendly, they all are so welcoming. We ate on site a few times and enjoyed everything we ate. We loved night swimming until 11! That was such a treat for us New Yorkers "

"The hotel is in need of renovation. It feels so outdated that I must say I have never stayed in a room like that. Unreal. Smells like $10 motel. Water in a shower smells like swamp. I got a stomach virus, most likely from that water. Never ever again... "

"Was only there overnight with that said- the guy who checked me in was very polite and friendly. The room was clean but not enough towels, washcloths and hand towels. No bar soap. But the worst part was that according to my reservation all fees were included- nope there was an $11.99 resort fee when I checked in. Not a good thing in my mind. "

"We had a club room, but compared to other brands, Hyatt club had very little to offer and hours of operation were super limited (eg couldn’t get coffee before 7 am). Will choose something else next time."

"We had a nice stay. The kids really enjoyed the water park and the activities. The location is great and close to many attractions in Orlando. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a fun place for a family trip."
