"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would rate it higher, but it was a little outdated. There were no installed USB ports for charging. (We did come prepared though) The curtains were old and wrinkled. A lot of the cupboard and drawer’s lamination was separating. The full kitchen was nice and had most everything needed for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Was here for the Laughlin event. Good service overall, though there were times the parking shuttle wasn’t available. Recommend keeping a base set of restaurants open for the future as many of us dined outside the hotel due to not having much options inside the hotel. Otherwise service was good and having the Starbucks serving cafe was great for the mornings- recommend more breakfast sandwich items!"
