Travelled with family. Our stay was very pleasant. I was greeted with kindness the moment I walked in. The decor was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend doing the preregistration as it makes check in much smoother. There is a resort fee and deposit which is much lower than most hotels in this area. I didnā€™t try the breakfast but the setup was beautiful and well organized. I would stay here again and I plan to try the breakfast next time.

Pros: very nice lobby, staff is helpful (except a young lady named Andrea), good location. Cons: damaged air conditioning, so had to be moved to another room. The other room was infested with roachesā€¦ we killed 4 in just one night. But the worst thing was to see a roach in my little girlā€™s bed, right next to her head (totally disgusting!!!) Note: breakfast is limited

The stay was just fine. Friendly staff. The hotel appears older but updated just enough to look nice and fancy. The lobby is beautiful, however the room had a very old slider, a painted over spot on the ceiling which was a previous water leak that didn't look properly fixed, and yellow caulking around the wall in shower against the nice gray newer laminate flooring. Entrance to the property is real odd, it is completely fenced off and you must push a button to gain access from your car. The check in process is daunting. When you arrive they send you an email link to fill out the registration process before you get room keys. We would not stay here again, just not for us.

The picture we had showed 2 queen beds and a couch. we arrived and there was no way to accommodate us. They brought a rollaway bed which was just 3 couch cushions and bedding. I was mortified. I would not stay there again.
