"Very nice enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff all very attentive. The only down point is the night unrelated to the property but during our stay were two little kids running and screaming playing at 12am waking us up only to find out they were left unsupervised and rooming next to us. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would rate it higher, but it was a little outdated. There were no installed USB ports for charging. (We did come prepared though) The curtains were old and wrinkled. A lot of the cupboard and drawer’s lamination was separating. The full kitchen was nice and had most everything needed for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We love the history of the place and the setting along Park Avenue in Winter Park. The hotel is definitely dated without all the modern conveniences, but frankly that's what we liked because we wanted to see and appreciate the historical nature of this hotel."
