Elevator was broken but had extra one down at the end of the hall. Hotel room door was very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway. Clean staircase but dirty hot tub. Pool was heated so the kids loved swimming in 50 degree weather."

"I was at your hotel for a gymnastics meet. We are from Massachusetts. There were many other gymnastics teams there, as well as cheerleading and field hockey. We all found the facilities for children disappointing. The biggest attraction for us was your water slides, closed for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. The kids activity room was horrible, especially during days that were too cold to do anything outside. And a $47/day resort fee???? We did nothing at your resort but sleep and eat there,...
