"One of the staff, Dini, was very helpful and suggested lots of things for us whilst we were in Ipoh. We had one of the rooms near the lobby/entrance of the hostel, which was a bit inconvenient at night e.g. if we had to go to the bathroom... but other than that it was a great stay! "I only complaining when I have real problems with the accommodation and first I always try to find the solution on the spot during the stay with the accommodation. I would have done this time as well if there would have been anybody in the property. I just got a message with an entrance door code to get in and the possibility to choose room number #2 or #3.
