"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"Staying at The Bed, KLCC Hostel was a terrific choice for my stay in Kuala Lampur. The highlight was the location, as it was in the center of where you can easily access several of the sites you would want to see as a tourist. "The stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!"

"It was kinda tough to figure out where the place was given the small sign and hardly noticeable numbers due to the color choice. But after going up about 4 flights of stairs, comes this cozy little spot in the heart of the city. Air conditioner works fine and the food offered was alright. Just don't forget to bring your own shampoo/soap and towel! "
