"The property is fine inside but it has a terrible surroundings for a walk or enjoying the river. Danube is close but hard to get to as the passage to the river is not cleared. Even it was, I was told that it's pretty unpleasant part of the river. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. A miscommunication took place somewhere and, as a result, I did not get the kind of bed that I requested during the reservation."

"When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The door was hard to open as it had swelled but once inside it was lovely and modern and very bright only problem the smell like sewerage even with all windows open it was same and the place was full so couldn’t move really was bad mentioned it again at checkout and the guy shrugged his shoulders! "

After couple of calls and messages a woman answered and said that all the apartments were booked and that she didn't know what we are talking about. After that, we called again, and man answered. He also told us that he is not aware of reservation, that he does not use Hotels.com for advertisement and that he doesn’t have an apartment at that...
