"The building was nice. The apartment was spacious in a nice area. The mattresses were a little hard and I really wished there were more pillows. We could not really use one of the showers because the water leaked out and it made a big mess. Overall it was nice. That is why I gave it 4 stars. "

"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"

"Zero star but excellent view. The unit was full of small ant and spiders, no one is clearly managing the unit or cleaning it properly. There was ants in the luggage bags and we had to be the ones cleaning the apartment. You can’t sit at the table and have dinner because bugs will go on your plate. Better to stay at a hotel. The building itself was relatively new, good gym with a view and the apartments views were amazing. Just be ready to clean yourself."

"Great location, and steps to the beach! If you’re new to the area, avoid the beach directly in front of the apartment ( Hollywood Beach)…instead walk to the next beach…is a 2 minute walk and much quieter…..and cheaper. Apartment is nice…no AC on the living room/ kitchen but if you leave the bedroom doors open it is comfortable. AWESOME views of the ocean from front and back. Reception is very nice as well as the girl that cleans! I would book this unit again! "
