"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Located in cute, quiet neighbourhood off High Street off Tufnell Park underground. Takes no time to get into city centre. Staff are incredibly friendly and generous. Bent over backwards to answer any questions I had about directions etc. Hot, homemade breakfast and the place is always kept clean. Shared bathroom are a non issue. I've stayed here on two occasions and other than breakfast I never seem to bump into anyone. I've never had a line up to use any facilities. There are only 4-5 rooms per...

"Really enjoyed my stay. Check in was very easy and the receptionist was lovely! The rooms were lovely. They were clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Added bonus, you can leave your luggage at the hotel after you check out which was fantastic for us. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying again Thank you 😊 "

"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "

"When I got there no one there they had left a message on the door it was a mobile number to ring, so I rang it no answer. I ended usung another number managed to get through they texted me both door codes. In end got sorted wasn't ideal. "
