"Never received check in info. Did not pick up phone when i called . Luckily the doorman helped us get in contact with owner . There were no sofabed as in description and the regular beds are hardly meant for more than one. Mattress are just like hard foam. There was no hot water for the shower most of the time . And only handheld in the normal one. Internet was down the entire time which means that TV did not work either . 🙄 no Hangers in the closet . And not enough toilet paper and tissue for...

"the company in charge of the property canceled us twice our reservation the second time I canceled us with a day to arrive, the only solution they gave us was to ask for the refund of the money, which was not so great, the company is called O&O group "

"This property was amazing. Keep in mind that it is a residential building, not a hotel, so there is no front desk. However, the owners gave us very detailed instructions for entry and parking, and communication was great throughout our visit. We really liked that the hotel is situated on a quiet street/alley just a minute's walk from limitless shopping, dining, transit options and we enjoyed walking to the old city down Jaffa street daily.
