"This is our second stay at The Roof. If we are lucky, we will come back again. We love that the roof. Sitting on a large balcony with the Nepresso coffee provided is a treat. Shlomi, who runs the desk, is very kind and helpful. And the price is right. Two short blocks to Frishman beach and to the promenade. If you are looking for very nice room, bathroom and kitchenette without frills this is the place. We will stay again!"

"There was a lingering musty smell out of the cabinets. The internet was working off and on mostly off. Towells and room cleaning was provided every other day or three days. the building is old and can use paint and the furniture is torn up. "Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside).
