The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, while dining at Zeferan Restaurant on the top floor was a highlight, combining exquisite dishes with stunning views. Thoughtful room amenities and complimentary services made us feel thoroughly pampered, and the housekeeping team’s incredible attention to detail ensured our room was always spotless and perfectly arranged. Ideally located within walking distance from Sultanahmet Square, the hotel serves as the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. This used to be a very nice property. We stayed there five times, and it looks like the proper maintenance and updates have not been performed. Lack of cleanliness, dining staff lacks manners. Receptionists do not speak English properly, not very professional anymore.

Wonderful stay! I was traveling with my wife and kids. They treat you like one of their own family members here in the AJWA. Very accommodating at any hour of the day. Area has some neat spots nearby for dining and walkable to some touristy attractions. Definitely staying with AJWA when I visit Turkey in the future.

This was our 2nd stay at Ajwa Hotel in Istanbul, the staff are fantastic and the breakfast buffet and Dinner at the hotel restaurant is absolutely brilliant, just one advice to the hotel, they need to do a proper maintenance check of the rooms as they are starting to show signs of wear apart from that i would highly recommended it to anyone
