The place is ok , nice view , it works . Unfortunately, the staff are not very well qualified. The front desk was quite rude to us. They said they accept Amex, but that their terminal wasn't working, so no Amex is accepted.

Location is good 10 minutes walking from Taksim square. Nearby many good restaurants and rooftops. The rooms overlooking the Bosphorus are amazing but Too pricey. The breakfast was very good. Overall experience was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location close to Taksim Square with shopping and dining etc, and a short walk to the ferry if needed. The hotel was clean, well staffed and comfortable. Our double bed was separated to twin beds (friends in same room) late in the evening on arrival, breakfast was good. The hotel also has valet underground parking.

The property was in a great area for my trip objectives. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff and service were great. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially want to thank Hayri and Erdal for their assistance when I had a couple of specific requests. I found the Opera Hotel Bosphorus a wonderful choice for my stay in Istanbul.

The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and polite. My husband and I felf very comfortable in the hotel. The kahvaltı (breakfast)in the hotel is delicious, totally recommended. The pool area is nice and quite, also the spa. The area is safe, close to the tramway, port and subway. Taksim square is a few minutes walking. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just walking around.

This is a really good high quality smaller hotel. Staff was very attentive to needs and were helpful navigating Istanbul. I would recommend getting the room facing the Bosphorus. It is a really nice view. This location makes for easy getting around. The tram station in a hike down some steep sidewalks. Easy to get to

Nice and friendly, but pay attention that the standard roms are downstairs with very limited view. I know that they don't have to accept, But I wished to change rooms and a little disappointed. Breakfast with homemade bread is always good.

7 star hotel service in this beautiful hotel with outstanding view on bosphorus. Lacation, comfort, food, all is good, but service? You cant get better service anywhere like this! All of hotel personnel is so friendly and customer service oriented. Have been in more than 76 countries, houndrieds of hotels, one of the best service ever! Manager of the hotel his name is Mahmat, this guy is a gold of this hotel, just makes every guest happy being in his hotel! No other option for istanbul when im back!

Great location but suggest you book rooms on the 7th floor and with sea view due to noise. No double glazing so rooms are noisy and cold in winter. Hotel wanted to charge for a guest to stay one night in my room - unnecessary and the receptionist wanted cash. On positive side room 706 was a super size, spa treatment was great and staff and cleaner lovely.
