booking my stay at Bristol hotel was a good choice. The room was very clean. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Good breakfast. Excellent location few mintues away from istklal street. I would gladly stay again at this hotel.

Location was very good 2 m-3 minutes walk from Taksim and Galata tower. Nearby the Metro station and from there you can go to any direction. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful thanks to mr Oktay and mr Muharrem, but also thanks to night receptionists!

loved the hospitality of the staff. Tea & coffee should be served to guests all 24 hours though. it was silly of staff to ask us how many cups we wanted then saying they couldn't serve. I asked for a Band-Aid and they said they didn't have that either.

Sehr zentral. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 3 Minuten zur Sishane Metro und Galata Tower 5 Minuten. Das Hotel wird umgebaut, daher hatten wir ein altes Zimmer was nach Schimmel gerochen hat. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schön. Abends war es ziemlich laut, weil nebenan im Café laute Musik lief. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch ok. Sauberkeit nur 1 Stern weil es nach Schimmel gestunken hat.

Oteldeki saçmalıklar

Çalışanların ve müdürün ilgisi sıfırdı. Odamıza geç girmemize rağmen odamız temizlenmeden bize temizlenmiş gibi teslim edildi, odada açılmış prezervatif çöpü bulduk. Yetkililere odamızı değiştirmelerini istediğimizi söylediğimizde bize “maşallah çok doluyuz boş odamız yok, odanızı bir daha temizleyelim” dediler. Bunu diyen kişi müdürdü. Odalarda hiçbir şekilde ses izolasyonu yoktu, arka sokaktaki gece kulübünün sesinden uyuyamadık. Camları sesten dolayı kapadığımız için klima açalım dedik klima çalışmıyordu. Odalar arasında çok fazla ses gidiyor, yan odadaki tüm sesleri duyuyorsunuz. Genel olarak Pera bölgesinde böyle kötü bir hizmet beklenmeyecek bir oteldi asla tavsiye etmiyorum gitmeyin.

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel, Personal hilfsbereit, Metro (Station Sishane) 2 Minutenzu Fuß entfernt.Wer nicht zu Fuß von der Galatabrücke zum Hotel hoch gehen will, kann den „Tünel“(unterirdischeSTandseilbahn) benutzen. Unbedingt „IstanbulCard bei den vielen Automaten kaufen. Schnell, günstig, unkompliziert.
