The reception staff were obliging, polite and courteous. However, the housekeeping and maintenance staff were terrible.
The wash basins, toilet and shower area were not cleaned for 3 of the 4 days. The overflowing water in the toilet was reported on the first day, but was never repaired for the 4 days we were there. The noise of water dripping kept us awake through the night. The cooling in room 103 never worked although we paid for it as it was advertised with air conditioning and reported on day 1. Three of the 4 days were very warm and the room needed cooling and we could not sleep due to the heat. When we opened the window, a cat came into the room, and also it was noisy from the road below, so we could not open the window either.They refused to repair the air conditioning, and refused to change rooms and refused to refund any money.
The rooms are not the size shown in the photos. They are much smaller. There are stray cats in the lounge area. They say they have a roof top restaurant, on the signage outside the hotel, but they do not. This is deceitful. The hotel needs major refurbishment. I would not recommend guests to book this hotel if they want a comfortable stay.
