"The location is excellent - within walking distance of most of the major attractions and surrounded by many restaurants (albeit quite expensive).
The staff were brilliant, incredibly helpful. The culinary tour was a particular highlight, thoroughly enjoyed that.
The only negatives were that some parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired and the bar was a bit low on some types of alcohol."
"We stayed on the second floor, and it was very noisy. There appeared to be wedding receptions or parties in the main lobby two nights, and there was loud noise from an outside nearby establishment. This affected our sleep and was very frustrating. The hotel itself, restaurant, foo quality, staff and other factors were very good. "
"Our room was very clean and spacious. I love their bathroom most especially the shower. The water coming out was so strong and yet so gentle to the body that you would really enjoy taking shower to the max😀..It’s an elegant hotel!"
"Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Hotel has recently been refurbished so everything looks brand new. Location is very convenient. 12 minute walk to taksim square or you can use the free hotel shuttle bus. Not many hotels offer a shuttle bus so this is a brilliant add on. Hotel has some nice food/coffee places next door. The local grill restaurant has amazing food and across the road there is lovely coffee shop called Istanbul Baking company. Our stay waa brilliant."

"We spent 4 nights at this hotel and had club room with lounge access. We had a beautiful stay. Breakfast and lounge had lots of great options and were very spread out. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping people were so nice. Room was a bit small for a family of three. "
