"They make you sign some privacy document that mentions access to your data, but they won’t let you read it or give you a copy. It’s very suspicious. This is separate from the reservation form. No clue what I signed. Others have also complained about this in reviews. Said when they insisted on reading it, the staff tore it up dramatically. "

"We checked in to stay for 2 nights and the AC was broken, we asked the hotel to fix it or change the room. No one cared or dud anything to help us ... We complained to hotels.com on our first night and the customer service agent did not do anything to help. So we decided to leave the hotels after our first horrible night."
