It’s a hotel that is quite run down and I must say a compliments Ru drink should include something a bit more premium than tea, coffee or water… overall it was a 2-star experience and I would not return

In addition to being in a perfect location in Istanbuls old city, the staff were very helpful and courteous and the room was pleasant. Highly recommended for a stay in Istanbul.

This is a solid 3 star hotel. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The walls are thin, can hear traffic and other guests. There is only shampoo in the shower, no soap or conditioner. Free large bottle of water. If you are expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel, this isn't for you. We were very happy for a 3 star hotel that was clean and a 3-15 minute walk to a lot of sites. The staff was very friendly.
