"Hotel Berti is very well looked after and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The evening meal served in the restaurant is delicious and the breakfasts also are excellent with lots of choice

"Staff are very friendly and were very helpful. Hotel is in a good location to get to train station and walking around the old town. Room was modern and fairly large for Switzerland, somewhat sparse but functional."
"We had such a lovely, warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. Inside, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great."

"Staff, were fantastic with making sure we having a great stay,. We asked them for advice on our sightseeing ideas and they made suggestions that were perfect and fun.. i could not compliment the staff more Serena, and Oxlem, were just two stand outs.."

"When we checked into the room, the TV didn't work, nor did the telephone. We went to the reception and they gave us another room right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and they were very timely in bringing us to the airport for our 6 AM flight via the free shuttle.
I would highly recommend this hotel."
"The staff was hospitable and kind. We paid in advance for breakfast to be included and it was nice, but options were limited. Be prepared to pack lightly because there are no elevators on the property, so you will have to carry your baggage up the steep stairs. Parking is extremely limited with only about 6 spaces for mid size vehicles. We did not dine in for dinner so my review will exclude evening meals. "
