"Welcoming and lovely humour on arrival. Room was perfect, black-out curtains were perfect Location great but it is next to a railway line so you do get the occasional train at night but i managed a great night sleep which is rare! Dining room staff were friendly and loved our dog. Food was terrific, not the cheapest but we were on holiday so who cares?! Breakfast filled us for our journey that's for sure! Welcoming to dogs even in breakfast and dining room and other guests just carried on...

"Nice place! We were only there for one night, so can't comment on much. But i will say, we walked into breakfast one minute before closing. Though limited choices at that time were limited, there was still stuff out, and we were kindly welcomed in and not rushed out. Very much appreciated that. (We were looking forward to returning for our final night, but had to cancel due to the 730p check in limit. We planned on being out later on our last night.)"

"Great choice in the area to explore both sides of the border. It is much cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland. A ten minute walk to the Rheinfelden train station on the Swiss side where you can access all of Switzerland. Breakfast is very good, room is up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Elevator is tiny! Several grocery stores nearby. Would like it better if the room to had a fridge. I've stayed here twice and would happily do so again."

"The check out process was not like expected. No one cared about us leaving. I had to look for someone to return my key for almost 20-25 minutes. No one will make sure you are in there and taken care of. "

"Just a short walk from the main shopping area which also has a few good dinning options. Parking spots out front and helpful staff. Breakfast is fairly basic with some meat, cheese, bread options, along with a few hot items and yogurt. This hotel was a quick and easy stop about 10 minutes from Ravenna Gorge"
