"Чисто, тихо, спокойно, всё необходимое есть. Второй этаж, удобный доступ. Слышно, если кто-то на улице громко разговаривает, но с этим, естественно, ничего не поделаешь. :) Ровные и в меру мягкие матрасы. Всё как будто новёшенькое, как будто только что открылись. Приём в режиме 24 ч. чрезвычайно выручил меня, так как была отменена "моя" электричка и пришлось приехать после полуночи. Есть какие-то минусы по мелочи. Например, именно при моей кровати лампочка не работала, вдобавок выключатель к ней...
