"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. "I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. The property itself is old and could use a facelift, but at least the staff...

"My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance."

"Distance from parking seems to be more than adviced, even with small luggage is not so confortable to walk due to uneven pavement and distance. Other than that the property is very nice and seems newly renovated with style. Spacious room and bathroom; good wi-fi, that is not so frequent in this area"

"Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service.
