Check in process was very slow. More staff should be checking in guests when there is a line up to check in after 3pm. Seems that other staff at front desk are waiting for customers to check out or with room issues and are just standing there with nothing to do as the checkin line grows Should be better staff management in my opinion.

: Staff at the dining areas were amazing. The all inclusive is worth the cost. -: We originally asked for a room with a view and it wasn’t not ready even though it was close to 4pm. We ended up with a room on the 1st floor that smelt like sewer really bad. They did not want to change our room, was disappointed. Will not stay there again.

From someone who has stayed at many all inclusive resorts I have to say this one was a bit disappointing. The rooms had an odor, couldn’t put a finger on it almost like pee. The showers were not cleaned, we found tons of hair in our shower from previous guest. We checked in on a Wednesday and checked out on Saturday and were told two restaurants required reservations but we tried to reserve on Wednesday upon arrival and couldn’t get a reservation for breakfast, lunch or dinner for any of the days we were there. That was pretty disappointing and we had to eat at the same buffet every day we were there for all 3 meals. We were also told you couldn’t bring food to the cabanas/poolside, yet we saw multiple times that employees were bringing food to guest at the pool. Employees were not the friendliest and seemed bothered. We paid for all inclusive and multiple times we were treated poorly because they couldn’t tell the difference from a green (all inclusive) wristband and blue (not all inclusive). Overall it was ok, I would not stay here again though.
