"The reception is on the stairs, the person who was there did not speak much English, the room is spacious, I reserved 2 beds and there was only 1 but they helped me and put one more, the bathroom smelled, the other receptionists were very attentive and friendly, it is close to Jett bus and supermarkets."

"It was cold and we my toddler got sick. The power is very weak as ACs can not heat up the rooms. No warm water at all had to take shower in cold water in this winter as we stayed for 4 nights. There is one extension used for all our chargers and TV and water cooler. "

"The Black Iris is located in a central location in Madaba. We had no expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has little curb appeal but inside the hotel was modern and very clean. Our room was a good size with a fridge and large comfortable bed. AC/ heat not an issue. The bathroom was good with a shower that provided plenty of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was provided and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was off the street in a lot next to the hotel....

"Receptionist was really helpful. All the staffs were kind and customer focused. Tehy helped out with recommendation to nice resturant Ayra resturant is aamzing and opposite the hotel. Also, i was booked a tour guide/taxi Taofeek, he was really good and well connected. Made my trip to Jordan beautiful. The hotel room is big and airy. The breakfast is basic but okay. Good price and they went above and beyond. Definitely will visit again."
