This three-story home boasts an unbeatable location on the shores of the lake with direct access to its sparkling waters! There is a private dock with enough area to fit two boats, so feel free to bring your own and get ready to explore the river from another point of view.

This secluded lakefront escapade boasts an outdoor space like no other. Gather around the lakefront firepit for some storytelling while roasting s'mores or revel in a soothing bath in the bubbly hot tub on the patio. Speaking of the patio, this shaded area is ideal for lounging and dining alfresco. The second-floor massive deck boasts an inviting lounge area overlooking the water, another dining area, and a gas grill that is just what you need for summertime cookouts with the family.

Inside, the main living space is located on the second floor of the home, offering an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors with impeccable views of the lake. Spread out in the welcoming living area, where comfortable furnishings surround a huge, mounted smart TV with streaming services. If you were thinking of binge-watching your favorite series, this is the perfect spot to do so! A record player in the corner allows you to enjoy your favorite tunes (records not provided). Surprise your family and friends with their favorite recipes thanks to the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials and modern appliances you could need. Are there any coffee enthusiasts in your group? They will fall in love with the small coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. Two bedrooms can be found on this level as well.

The first floor of this home hosts a secluded rec area with a shuffleboard, a built-in chessboard/checkerboard, and a nice seating area with another huge smart TV with direct access to the lakefront patio. The upper level has a secluded main bedroom with a smart TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
